I like the video. As usual, Blizzard's cinematic power is epic.

But I have to say, it disappointed me slightly because it doesn't show any of the different classes in action just like in other cinematics.

Somehow, watching a nightelf sprint in the forest, leap, then shapeshift into a panther makes me SO excited and gives me chiils. This one didn't give the same effect.

But it's good nonetheless.

If we are talking lore, then WotLK should really fail shouldn't it? When Arthas Fused with the Lich King, he, in essence was fused with Zer'zhul, making him immortal. what gets me is how Blizzard expects a 20-40 man raid to be able to kill him, when Uther, Sylvannas, Muradin, Illidan (including Vashj and Kael'thas) couldn't kill him. Blizzard better think of something smart.... Not just a tank and spank fight...

Actually, I completely agree with you, he is so powerful that it really is a load of crap that we are supposed to be able to kill him, despite even level 70-80 characters are noticeably weaker then WC3 heroes, ability wise (Mage Water Elemental, etc). The lore I was talking about, however, was the information explaining how he became the 'Lich King', and WHY he's not the 'King of Humans' as that person ignorantly said.

Considering that the Scourge has no allies, saying that Illidan is going to help fight Arthas is pretty redundant since everything the Scourge does is technically against EVERYONE; so saying any one person is going to oppose him is pointless. That being said, the thinking that even includes Illidan in this at all is baseless, since Illidan technically dies in WoW, and he's not even in Azeroth to begin with. If Illidan is alive (like Kael'Thas) then his main concern would be Kil'Jaeden.

Maybe, but who says Illidan dies? He just lies there on top of the Black Temple, maybe just badly wounded. And the reason he fears Kil'Jaeden is because Kil'Jaeden wants Illidan to kill the Lich King, so that would be a good motive for Illidan to help us.

Well, like I said, if Illidan is alive, he wouldn't be focused on Arthas. Kil'Jaeden has given Illidan numerous opportunities to serve him well, and he's failed continuously. He may be lenient for a demon lord, but I think Doomwalker is proof enough that he's sick of Illidan's bullshit. And like I said, Illidan is in outlands, so his concern over Arthas is minimal at the moment. This is of course assuming he's even alive at all.

He is not the King of Humans.. He is the Lich King.. he was supposed to be the King of Human but his sword got him to kill his father and destroyed his kingdom then he went to Northrend to find the Lich King and Bonded with him into One lich King..
