ive noticed a change on the 4449.it no longer uses the dual lamp mars light that was originaly installed way back in 1941. its now a single lamp reflector.

The quality of the video here is exactly what the HD Flip captures, but, yes, these shots are edited together. The footage, however, other than editing on the computer, has not been altered in any way. I highly recommend the HD Flip.

This locomotive can provide electricity with 3 dynamos on the top near the cab on the left side of the engine, to get current for the headlights, cab, bell, instrument cluster, the loco-control , the air horn and for coachs. this loco have two whistle a steam and an air horn. The diesel unit are for dynamic braking system
