  • dood, you take your multi with food and yea if you buy synthetic shit you piss most of it out. yea you can get by without a multi but you dont take it because it builds muscle where the hell do you guys get your nutrition info? you take it because your body needs and utilizes vital minerals and vitamins for all sorts of stuff, growing hair, your skin pores, fucking teeth enamal etc.

  • waxy maize is legit and is much more than just corn. your body doesn't waste any time digesting it such as maltodextrin, sucrose, dextrose or other complex carbs, therefore your body quickly utilizes it by working it into your blood which is why you dont burp like hell drinking it in a workout

  • the only people that need glutamine are bbuilders or athletes cutting down or on a diet restriction with low bodyfat. yea glutamine and bcaa's are in most protein rich foods but the point is you take them in free form and your body not only utilizes them much more efficiently AT appropriate times but your body doesn't have to break them down from bcaa dense foods. you dont have to take it but it certainly helps people that need and use it correctly

  • @superduper1090 Free form BCAA is faster absorbed than the BCAAs from just protein and a lot higher in concentration too. If you try XTEND, or AMINOCORE, or RECOUP, POST RX you will feel a difference. I am a big fan of BCAAs..

  • YOU NEED BCAA!!!!!!!!! its not a must (just like all supplements) but it def helps your bcaa help you absorb protein instead of just shitting it out it makes you gain muscle faster...take a scoop of bcaa after every meal and tell me you dont see a difference

  • @soccerkid360 well thats good for you but it could be that your lacking in bcaa's in your regular diet, all i know is when i tired them i noticed nothing but a bad taste in my mouth. there's nothing to troll here, 95% of what these guys say i agree with but there are instances where one supplement might not work for one person but does for another. with me its beta alanine but as they have mentioned before, it may have something to do with blood type.

    I think they are saying you dont need to spend the extra on BCAA suppliments if you already have primary sources in abundance in your protein.

  • Hey nice video, most of the stuff you said was correct, but the only vitamins your body pisses out are B and C. The rest are fat soluble which means they stay in your body. Vitamins do help support body function especially when you are expending more energy than the average person (like a bodybuilder) or are on a low calorie diet (where you might not get all those vitamins through your daily food). Source is a college nutrition class.

  • I can't speak for everyone, but multivitamin/mineral improved my health, and you can get them way cheaper than $8-9 a month. I think I paid $14 for this, and it has 400 tablets.

  • Wow these guys really have no idea what they are talking about, multi vitamins being toxic? arginine doesn't produce NO? you can find plenty of studies showing the benefits of arginine and Nitric Oxide on muscle fatigue and endurance.  Also Prime is not a testosterone booster and Pink magic does not have tribulus in it. Pretty much every other line these guys said was a blatant lie.

  • Look up the definition of "supplement". These guys make good points. Supplements should be the last 10% of your diet. However I think a multi vitamin is actually more important than a protein powder. Without enough micro nutrients you don't absorb all the macro nutrients (carbs, fat, protein). Get a capsulated multi and you'll absorb it better.

Plus green tea has a lot of benefits so if you get the same drive and focus from taking coffee or green tea vs. a pre-workout I would definitely take the caffeine instead. Lastly the pre-workout probably contains caffeine has a major ingredient.

  • @TheM14ebr i dont know if anyone answerd you. but remember that you cant take creatin with caffeine. i personaly mix glutamin and carboflex( carbohydrate powder) and drink that while i work out, it gives me alot of energi and you will get a much better pump. that works for me, but you can do whatever the fuck you wanna do.

    Though scientifically, you might be correct in that there is some use for a glutamine, NO, or BCAA sup. at the end of the day, it really makes no difference, you won't be able to notice any substantial gains from these supplements. Caffeine is the only thing that truly gives you that energy in 75% of these supplements. Caffine is more effective than most of them altogether anyway. I take pure caffeine powder = amazing workouts.

    I just checked the nutrition label on my protein powder bag, and it says: 2 and 1/2 scoops contains 4.9g glutamin, 2,03g amino acids. I don't see any reason to buy any glutamin/amino supplements. I'm pretty sure even my diet contains more than enough glutamin/amino acids.

  • @DvSPkServer Yes. Protein contains amino acids. Amino acids are the building blocks for protein. So of course your protein powder contains it. My point is this, those proteins only get digested in the small intestine, which means the breakdown takes awhile. Supplementing with pure BCAAs, Aminos, and Glutamine will mean the amino acids do NOT need to be broken down, so uptake begins in the stomach, and the digestive enzyme cascade is not needed.

  • About NO Explode, I absolutely fucking loved it when I took it. I just took one sample before lifting. It does not directly affect muscle growth. It makes you lift bigger which in turn will get you bigger. It makes me enjoy my lifts and I feel like god when Im in the gym. Gonna buy some when I get back into bulking
