  • Didn't I see a video with this same product back in 2007?

  • @DarkEmoE

    1 corrected

2 whoever sells it, let's see some numbers, no one is buying

3 so it has great hardware (according to you) , then it must be the crappy software making it lag. Watch again, it barely keeps up with very slow movement.

  • surface = the new $60,000 device to re-define what 'lag' is ?

  • @ohgood 1 its $8,400

2 the price is from samsung

3 it wouldnt lag it has a pretty good gpu and the cpu can handle it all.

  • Las Vegas = Cleveland OH?

  • It's a giant iPad! :D

  • @mrwensveen but on this you can actually do stuff on it, like use 90% of applications and programs made because it uses a customized version of windows 7 :D

  • Wow awesome! I want one :( Give!

  • SarcasticGamer showed off Microsoft Surface the best...

"One day your computer will be a big ass table. If you have $10,000, and your mom has $10,000, she can get one too... and then you can send her a postcard, for free. Instead of using one of today's more popular compact devices to get directions to where you're going, why not use a device the size of a small car? It's not an iPhone, it's a big ass table... take that Apple."

  • Wonderful.

  • So what if I want to use Google or Facebook? .. would be my first question :) However the other Microsoft guy has been ordered to keep his mouth shut so we can't know these things.

  • FAIL

  • are they twins?

  • I would still plug a keyboard into it

  • 2:35 looks sweet.

  • Only 8500 for it

  • First surface looked nicer...

  • #MoMoCopenhagen #cloud there are several new features in surface 2.0

While it is still too expensive for private users, plans are being made here in Denmark to use it in bars, sports pubs, and public places as a multimedia game and video tool

  • kakayanin ba ba ng BlendTec blender nila to .. :))

  • Enough already! We have seen these kind of videos for over a year now. This is old news, Jack!

    WHERE IS OUR HOLOGRAMS DAMNIT?!

    WHERE IS OUR LIGHTSABERS?!

  • But... Will it blend?

  • at 3:14 the other guy makes a sound! He is speechless the rest of the time :D

  • the screen "seeing" sounds like bs; nothing that can't be done with some software

  • @n0y0x

    The screen can actually 'see' what's placed on top of the surface. So it can do things like reading text out of paper ,reading tags etc;

  • It is a kick ass Produckt :D

  • But..Can it run Crysis?

  • Cool!

  • lets start out here with... bing...

  • much delay..?

  • @daviddavve I know right? I remember seeing this years ago then it just fell off the grid :/

  • seems really cool, but it doesnt really react to your movement instantly on the screen.

  • @fnisshest I am expecting more on 3.0 :3. It sill must be in Beta I would guess.

  • I remember playing with surface 1.0 2 years ago, it was a blast, especially some of the multi-player games :D

  • crap

  • man I hate the delay of the touch control

  • I cant wait for them to polish this tech and release it for the average consumer. Id love to have something like this next to my couch. The possibilities are endless. <3 you Microsoft.

  • How much is it ?

  • Im not seeing the major point of this. Domt get me wrong, it looks awesome, just... How is anyone going to be able to afford this? Expecially with the econemy the way it is.

  • I actually got to use v.1 of this in new York 2 years ago. :D

  • Comment removed

  • I hope the screen has a very fast response. If Apple makes this, MS will surely get its ass kicked.

  • Scumbag Microsoft: Makes awesome piece of technology. Sells it to no one and keeps it for themselves.

  • Price?

  • 3:12

    He speaks!!

  • @GigaRebyc YOU SPOILED IT FOR ME.

  • @GigaRebyc I think he is just speechless at how fantastic this device is!

  • suface 2.0 = touch screen tv on a table :P

  • @keepbangingbabay1 That can see? Not sure I've seen too many touch screen TV's that could actually see.

  • can it play pong?

  • Finger Orientation detection - Simple algorithm - Only Aliens have 3 Hands!!! You already place you two hands on it :)

  • Is the guy on the left part of the hardware? 3:13 Never mind...

  • Take time making the 720 insteady of making stupid ass over grown tablets that people cant afford......man i swear yall built the stupidest shit

  • @dannycsn i agree on that bro, again, only the rich people can take advantage of the scumshit technology.

  • Awesome stuff; Let wait for window's 8 officially launching in APRIL 2012 !

  • get rid of the delay and I'm impressed

  • Why is it so laggy with the paint brush? one would think that with it being so huge it would be one of the most responsive touch based computers ever.

  • @SkywardDragonKing no kiding, idnt seem that slow with just there fingers either

  • very very nice! Good job Microsoft!

  • Is this new? I'm pretty sure I've seen these surfaces for the last 5+ years.

  • more on business sector

  • I WANT A BUNCH OF THESE THINGS FOR MY HOUSE!!!

  • Seems a bit pointless to me atm. I wonder what kind of actual applications it will have. Pretty cool anyways though

  • Did he just say it was multiuser? Is it running Linux? Microsoft made a Linux computer? (Awesome one at that) I'm impressed.

  • @iFukuyama by that he means more then one people can use it at a time

  • Apple (heartbeat)

  • JUST MASS PRODUCE AND GIVE IT TO ME

  • why is this for!? to have fun? Well i have plenty of fun playing StarCraft 2 :)

  • @bulgariamitko : surface is not to have fun it will be used in banks, casinos, restaurants ... not for personal use

  • @DaoudiAymen oh ok. because i saw what they are doing at 2:40 and i guess it is for fun :)

  • @bulgariamitko : it s still running a Windows based OS so you can install any kind of applications !

  • If it cost less than $1,000 and sold publicly, it would be my dinner table right now.

  • Where you at Apple? haha

  • This might be the next big thing.

  • @darkmatter462 Except I believe it's not publicly available and it's insanely expensive. I believe I read that the original surface (1.0) was $15,000 USD.

  • @o48Mike Yes, Surface 1.0 was. Not the 2.0. The pricing is around $7,000 for 2.0.

  • @o48Mike It's $8,000 USD

  • @o48Mike it's actually 8400 USD

  • Imagine this is restaurants!

  • Amazing piece of tech!! LoV iT!! :D

Hats off for the guys at Microsoft who did a great job turning star trek gadgets into reality!!

  • lol whats the point of this?

  • will it blend?

  • @russtuff but will it fit? and no thats not what she said :(

  • @russtuff HAHAAAAA

  • @russtuff Obviously , it wont.

  • Want to make a version that is just a monitor because if you do it will become my new coffee table :D

  • I can't wait until these are affordable.
