  • Shut the fuck about PETA everyone who has been commenting on this video is a fucking moron and for the 'PETA kills 90%' of its animals and that PETA hates people are fucking ridiculous statements to make! And for associating with terrorists what the fuck are you on about!!! YOU STUPID FUCKING BASTARDS

  • @CharlieWithATurban Why don't you google it yourself? Insulting people isn't going to change reality any time soon.

  • @KyuubiNoodleBear Don't give me this self righteous crap

  • @CharlieWithATurban Self righteous? What is that supposed to mean in this context? Still with the attacks and no actual rebuttal.

  • @KyuubiNoodleBear You have no argument to give a rebuttal...

  • @CharlieWithATurban My argument: "Go educate yourself instead of complaining" yet you respond with insult? No actual reason for not looking it up?

  • @KyuubiNoodleBear That wasn't an argument. My point is these drones watch the video, read the comments of everyone getting all angry on a matter they aren't educated over, and then post up their own comment speculating this nonsense with random statistics. 'Educate yourself instead of complaining' applies to everyone else commenting on this video. And you claim you have a valid backed up argument by telling me to 'look it up.' That isn't an argument. This conversation is over

  • @CharlieWithATurban It was a challenge. Do you have any proof that they are fake? Your original comment completely fails if you had intention to make people learn. "YOU STUPID FUCKING BASTARDS" is really going to make the people think hard about life.

  • @CharlieWithATurban If you didn't want to look into the whole PETA thing yourself, I suggest watching the Penn & Teller's Bullshit episode about PETA. PETA has allegedly endorsed fire bombing buildings in which animals are tested on. And when asked about the man who had done the firebombing, they said he was a good man, and outstanding citizen. You obviously don't know anything about PETA considering your ignorant comments. Go educate yourself, you stupid fucking bastard.

  • @RebeccaDominate I'm not saying he was a good man , of course they are going to get bad press if one member does something like that, That doesn't mean PETA is 'completely and utterly insane' or that the entire organisation is evil...

  • @CharlieWithATurban Well, no, I wouldn't say the entire organization is bat shit insane as well because it wouldn't have so many followers if it were. BUT there is proof that the man who did those horrible things did in fact receive money from PETA and was said to be, as I had said, a good man. I know it may seem stupid to say "Go watch TV and educate yourself," but the show I had brought up really does point things out relating to that man and (some of) PETA's tactics.

  • Yes, animal cruelty is a huge problem, especially between animals. Someone needs to teach wild tigers to eat tofu. Any volunteers...?

  • Animals haven't caused harm to humans, this joke does not work, this is not very intelligent, PETA do what they do for a reason (I don't agree with what they do) but they are trying to make a valid point, attacking animals to expose human suffering makes no sense, this was not a well thought out joke.

  • Animals: Eat them and test medicines on them (assuming no better alternative to the latter) but not cosmetics. Using animals for our own benefit is fine as long as it is worth our while to do so and we will get something useful out of it.

  • @WileySniper 'Dying society?' As compared to what? The Cold War era? World War Two? The Middle Ages? Ancient Rome? Would you have rather lived then?

  • False analogy.

  • @ChameleonDave

Not really, PETA kills over 90% of the animals it 'saves'. PETA leaders don't care about animals, they just hate people and use animals as an excuse to mess with people.

  • I strongly dislike animal cruelty, however, the problem with PETA is that their motive isn't that animals are not evil, it's that humans ARE evil. Also, just because I love animals does not mean that I can't eat meat. Native Americans respected the land strongly and still hunted.

  • Are you one of the organisms getting a free ride on the human civilization bandwagon?

    GOOD FOR YOU!!!

Make sure to keep those genes fit and we'll guarantee your species will never go extinct!

  • Just like anti-war activists haha

    I love these guys :)

  • I have to learn more about PETA before I agree with these guys on this sketch. Animal cruelty is a serious problem. If someone treats animals like shit, imagine how they are going to treat people? (Yeah, Hitler and dogs, blah blah blah, but in many other cases...)

  • @squamish4244 I kill spiders and insects when they're in my house... I'd never kill a human though!

  • @moshpotpaul Well of course. I mean people who do things like torture dogs and shit. That's what I mean by cruelty to animals.

  • @squamish4244 OK, but that's not what PETA means by it. PETA is against just about anything you can imagine. They are against any non-vegan lifestyle, including eating meat, testing or producing medicine, or even owning pets. They are also associated with the terrorist group ALF. They are completely and utterly insane.

  • @Xezlec Well, that IS totally insane.

  • @Xezlec

ALF, now that was a cool tv-series.

  • @Xezlec I care about animal rights but I still eat meat and so what? If it's dead already you're not saving it's life.

  • @squamish4244 Yep, only the cute animals count.

  • its hard to argue with somthing that is 100% accurate.

  • @KrimHyu

Please, it's easy to argue with something that's 100% accurate. Watch this : "That was so stupid. Mitchell and Webb are idiots." There you have it.

  • @GregoriusTheBrown nah thats just you being stupid <_<

  • This is ridiculosuly true.

  • @Peskymystic Oh I know you did, you got that little boost to your ego and self-esteem through 'winning' an argument over the internet. Well done, now you can hopefully improve your life a tiny bit.

  • @Peskymystic At least you finally fucking gave it up.

  • I've got it! If they really want to reduce animal suffering in labs, why don't they volunteer themselves for the experiments? Put your money where your mouth is!

  • @NorthForkFisherman becuase its illegal

  • @TheAnxiousMan Depends on the experiment, now doesn't it? Ever hear of Quintiles? Human experimentation is always going to be a necessary part of research.

  • @NorthForkFisherman Yeah but they can hardly risk rubbing shampoo into humans' eyes without getting sued for blinding people can they?

  • @TheAnxiousMan That's why you use lawyers. Cause after all, there's things that even a rat won't do, neh?

  • @NorthForkFisherman not if you force it

  • @Peskymystic I'm not answering at all retard.

  • @Peskymystic Read what I just said retard, then maybe you'll understand. Since when do my responses have to be answers to your questions? Like I said, I've effectively established that you've got a problem. There's also no point in continuing an argument that was over 10 posts ago. So no, I don't have time to answer effectively, in your sense. Because I'll say it again, I have a life, unlike you.

  • @Peskymystic Well that depends on what you mean by effectively. I've effectively established why you won't let this go as well de-constructed part of your personality, so if you mean in that way then you're wrong. However if you mean I don't have time to effectively argue back to the argument that finished about 10 posts ago then yeah, you're right. In fact you're sort of wrong because in my eyes that argument is well and truly over so me continuing it would be pointless.

  • @Peskymystic No I don't though, these responses take about a minute. Having to re-read whatever you said a few posts back requires effort, and then having to think of a counter-argument requires more effort. And I really don't care as much as you, I have a life you see. Unlike you.

  • @Peskymystic No, re-reading all the shit you've been posting and making sense of it requires more time than simply just writing this retard. I have better things to do than act as a recipient of some fucking retard Chinaman who obviously has self-esteem and self-confidence issues. Why do you even care? What are you trying to prove? I reckon there's some going on in that thing you call a brain that means you've gotta force your views of other people. I pity you my friend.

  • @Peskymystic You seriously need to rethink your life mate. The fact that you are really determined to win a fucking internet Youtube argument tells me something bad about your life, or that you even have one. What are you gaining from this? Self-esteem, that's what, 5th time I've tried to end this. This is obviously a massive ego boost for you, belittling other peoples beliefs. And you know what, it makes me feel good. I know I'm helping somebody who's obviously down on their luck recently.

  • @Peskymystic You're persistence to keep this going to me shows you have nothing better to do than argue with random people over the internet. I'd love to sit here and think up a counter-argument but unlike you, I have a life and don't have time to sit here posting back to you. Nothing you say will make me think differently and vice versa. So just fucking give it up, get off your computer and go do something else. This is about the third time I've attempted to just let this go.

  • @Peskymystic I don't even care any more mate, you've just wasted your time with your comment because I'm not even bothering to concentrate on it.

  • @Peskymystic The way is see it is like this. Humans destroy the planet, destroy each other more than any other species has, destroy other species more than any other species have purely out of greed. Last time I checked the majority of animals don't.

  • @TheLeardMan Our capacity for destruction is no different to any other animal's. The only thing that makes us affect a greater number of animals is that we have such a greater population size and we populate such a large space on the planet. Going back to the argument about the gazelle, a lion will take down an animal and have a meal from it, letting the rest of the meat rot and be wasted. Medical testing will provide results that will permanently affect society, and countless lives positively.

  • @JFJontheprowl To be honest, I don't give a fuck. You've got your views which I find a little cold hearted and ignorant and I've got mine. Argue your case all you want but you aren't going to change my attitudes, you can try but you'll be wasting your time.

  • @TheLeardMan It's a little weird to hear someone say it's cold hearted to desire cures to the suffering of millions. Imagine a cure for cancer, a treatment for alzheimer's. I'm just saying it's pretty shocking to see someone who believes we should get so caught up in the pain of one being that they believe so many more should feel pain many times worse.

  • @JFJontheprowl Not once have I said that animals shouldn't be tested on, animals being tested on is pretty much going to happen no matter what, however making sure those animals aren't put through unnecessary suffering is what we need to achieve and also that the ends justify the means. Animal testing for cosmetic products is morally wrong because that is purely out of greed, same goes for animals suffering just so our meat can be a little bit tastier. You're cold hearted if you don't agree.

  • @TheLeardMan Not a single person here has been defending cosmetic testing, you fool. We've been saying that short-term suffering of a single organism to find a way to stop sometimes permanent pain from diseases to others could be justified. It's the people who are completely stubborn to medical testing who are pretentious idiots who would place their morals before other people's lives. That's cold; real cold.

  • @JFJontheprowl How would you feel about a human being put through the suffering instead of an animals. Humans can consent to it whereas animals can't.

  • @TheLeardMan And if enough humans consented to it, I'm sure that would work, and I'm sure that's what they would be doing. It seems that people like the ones in PETA are all up for fire-bombing and harassing scientists, but they won't actually help with resolving the need for candidates to test on.

  • @TheLeardMan That argument is based on the premise that an animal life, whether it be a mouse or a dog or a chimp, is equivalent to a human life. I find that somewhat...ridiculous.

  • @Gilgamesh417 ...

  • Funny Sketch... what's the point in getting into arguements surrounding the deeper meaning and pointing out that the logic is flawed? It's a 59 second Sketch.

  • THANK ALL OF YOU SO MUCH FOR SO EFFORTLESSLY TRYING TO ENLIGHTEN US ON YOUTUBE IN 500 CHARACTERS OR LESS, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, AND KEEP WASTING YOUR TIME ON YOUTUBE, YOUR WORK IS MUCH APPRECIATED!

  • I'd have used a real dog

  • i like this side of the argument actually...

  • Snorfle. I've watched this multiple times, and it just gets funnier every time. I love how deadpan he is, and how affectionate he is to the "dog". "There's a good boy, Benji!" Dark humor is my favorite.

  • The reason animal rights activists beat the shit out of those who deserve it because they knowingly and willingly do what they do, animals however act only on instinct, therefore shouldn't be punished.

  • @TheLeardMan Its still a hippocritical way to go about it, and only serves to make the situation worse. All protests should be acted out peacefully, or not at all.

  • @TheLeardMan So according to your logic, if I instinctively hurt animal rights activists, I shouldn't be punished? Awesome! I'll be sure to instinctively plow my SUV through the next crowd of hippies that I spot. I should probably get a medal too for ridding the society of a bunch of loud welfare bums.

  • @TheLeardMan Human instinct is to survive and testing drugs on animals is one way to do that, therefor they are acting on instinct and your logic goes BAMN out the window, nice try though

  • @andyt2k Actually humans can survive without testing on animals, therefore it's unnecessary, BAM, goes your logic. Also human nature means nothing now, it's human nature to want to reproduce with several partners yet most people believe that's wrong.

  • @TheLeardMan The last point is not correct. Love is a psychological drive that orientates us towards one person in particular (as opposed to the sex drive which orientates us towards several). It leads us to long-term emotional attachment to raise children. Human beings are more monogamus than polygamus, and its not all to do with social, political and religious factors. That said, there's nothing inherently wrong with polygamy at all.

  • @TheLeardMan I don't think polygamy is wrong. Share the love, man. I'd think all you animal rights hippies would be all up and about with the whole harem and group orgy thing.

  • @TheLeardMan as a species yes we can survive but i put the lives of humans first, I'd personally shoot 100 bunnies, monkeys and rats in the head so save 1 dumb fat kid

  • @andyt2k Well then you're just a heartless unsympathetic cunt.

  • @TheLeardMan Because I put human lives first. You'd kill the fat kid to save the bunnies would you?

  • @andyt2k It depends on whether or not the human deserves to live. Animals the majority of the time don't deserve the suffering and death they're put through. A lot of the time humans don't deserve the life they've been given.

  • @TheLeardMan who decides who deserves to live

  • @1991Historybuff The person that is going to one day kill you.

  • @TheLeardMan Guess who also thought that a certain subset of humans didnt deserve the life they were given? That's right, Hitler. Godwin's Law. Argument over.

  • @SANPH This argument was over weeks ago dumbass, I can't even remember what we were arguing about.

  • @andyt2k I kind of agree, though thats alot of animals. What if you killed ever animal in the world to save 1 human, would you still do it then? There has got to be at least some limit to that.

  • @mysteryg well obviously, because then we'd have no eggs, milk, fur, leather, meat, guide dogs and everything else we get from animals. Yes there's a limit, but there is a big difference between medical experiments on some animals and killing every animal in the world.

  • @TheLeardMan Here is an example as to why that statement is total rubbish, a Lion instinctively kills a gazelle to eat his meal, he eats his meal to survive. We test drug on animals (as an example) to keep ourselves alive, this too is instinct i.e. our instinct tells us that if we don't find a cure for this disease we could die, just as the lion knows that if it doesn't eat the gazelle it will die. We test the drugs on animals as we are at the top of the food chain, life is cruel get used to it

  • @nikobrown1990 The gazelle is killed, it doesn't suffer (as much). Animals we test on are put through needless suffering and yet, they still live. A lion doesn't let the gazelle suffer for it's survival. It dies instantly (in nearly all cases). The disease is natural, lions don't attempt to cure any diseases they suffer from.

  • @TheLeardMan Human ingenuity is natural...

  • Any cahnce you could torch that annoying twat Morrisey too?

  • ...They're not making a point, they're just being funny. They're not saying animal rights groups are bad, or anything, just that it's really strange and funny the other way around.

  • @MargotVoguey

Of course they're making a point. They talk of 'hypocrisy'.

  • @MargotVoguey they´re being funny AND making a point, it´s a common enough thing to do.

  • They should have matted a real dog into this shot. The loonies would have shat a brick.

  • I've probably said it a thousand times, but one more won't hurt: Fuck PETA!

  • No dogs were harmed during the making of this episode

  • Commander, the point was to make fun at PETA for trying to stop violence by using violence. Hence the hypocrisy statement.

  • Superb Comedy

  • My favorite thing is how fake that dog looks. XD

  • Peta and a lot of other people would have a fit if you used a real dog or a realistic model in a comedy sketch were you pretended you were going to burn it.

  • I have yet to disagree with a single Mitchell and Webb sketch. And now I've learned something from one.

  • Brilliant. Love it! :)

  • Bwahahaha! Classic.
