There's an even better soltution can dropbox and install it on or pc/laptop/phone/whatever. It's a lot cheaper then buying an apple product and does the same thing. YOu have the dropbox folder on your computer you share it with someone else. Those to folders become synced. If you let more poeple have access to the folder the same thing happens. Those synced folders will always be the same.
