  • Only a real man would have Gunpowder Tea.

  • for a pacifist, Vash is really armed to the teeth, lol

  • For some odd reason when I hear this I think of Vash as a little chibi, munching on a donut as he kind of bends up and down to the beat ( like kneeling almost ) Its such a cute little image in my head! X3 <3

  • @JetFire2012 Thats a really cute picture to think about. Somebody needs to draw that

  • Love&Peace! Love&Peace! Love&Peace!

  • Best anime ever made is all i can say! The same goes to Hunter X Hunter (OVA's too) and One Piece! :)

  • @Brollyhero99TOP10 I loved hunter x hunter ;) not onepeice though cus well... i have a thing for tall ships if you know what i mean

  • I've always thought of the story as a struggle between ideals/morals. How far will Vash go to honor the mother figure, Rem Saverem who believes in harmony while his brother Knives believes in discord. Vash does his best to live up to Rem's ideals but still kills people, albeit indirectly. It is an internal struggle between who he wants to be and what he is.

Tri can mean the three forces influencing Vash's life: Rem, Knives and his own conscience.

  • @TheGreatVarholy

    Rem, Knives, Wolfwood

    FTFY

  • Is it just me or does this sound damn similar to Scott Joplin's "The Entertainer"?

  • @TheGreatVarholy yeaah its becouse its the same kind of music:) try google rag-time.

  • @TheGreatVarholy

This is just old west saloon music. It all sounds pretty similar to this.

  • @TheGreatVarholy I think it's done in a ragtime style, like The Entertainer.

  • @TheGreatVarholy

    They're both ragtime yes.

  • I'm one of those people who would play this to a bloody massacre...

  • i guess its like a story of 3 main guns. vash wolfwood and knives. btw this sound sounds like some sweet ragtime shit. i wanna hear it played a bit faster tho, i think it would sound better.

  • This has just come to me... why is it called Trigun if it's about a dude with one big gun in a war with his brother who also has a big gun?

  • -Vash's handgun

    -Vash's (fake)hand gun

    -The Angel Arm

  • Well, Vash's fake arm is more of a submachine gun of sorts rather than a handgun.

Anyways, I always thought it was called Trigun because of the conflicts Vash has to face and the determination he has adopt. Y'know, sort of a metaphor. Vash pulls the trigger, but in the sense it's like he is pulling three triggers at once in order to succeed and be ahead of the game.

  • Or you can consider it as Vash's gun Knive's gun and Nicolas D. Wolfwood's gun as used in the end that saved Vash's butt =p

  • @Hermittamer

    TRIGUN!!! :D

  • @Hermittamer I thought it was more like the two Angel Arms and the Punisher Cross.

  • becouse your retarded

  • I remeber hearing this in the very firs episode! :D Lol, when Millie and Meryl walk into that bar and talk to the bartender about Vash the Stampede. If you listen close, you can hear the hole song in that part.

  • well actually the very first song you hear is Blue Funk, right before the solo you can hear it as the two people are talking about Vash the Stampede.

  • i feel so western listenin to this at school XD

  • Totally feels like western school music indeed.

  • they play this in all the bars he walks into, in the background.

  • When was this in the show? I know it's the theme to the DVD menu of "High Noon" but I don't remember hearing it anywhere else.

  • Yea and the menu edited it to have this sense of an ominous feeling to it.

  • Some reason, this song reminds me of Lode Runner :p
