  • I rode this last week ... FANTASTIC! We started and ended at Axat - a 111 Km ride if you also do Col de Chalioux. Honestly, there are surely tougher rides, but none so picturesque. The serious climb starts after Mijane. A favorite moment - a fellow shouting out 'Bon courage' as we ascended. Be warned - the temperature at the top can be vastly different! We froze as we summitted. The descent is not for the 'faint of heart'!
