  • Mad catz? lol

  • ...

    MVHH

  • i will get mine this week and i`m changing the buttons and it`s good to go

  • I like this song heehe

  • @townrumor lmbo, good one

  • they are same just different buttons.

  • just replace the buttons with sanwa

  • or just leave them alone and learn to play :)

  • someone in my last video comment told me the TE is not 360 turn gate is squared.. is this true? because I hate it.

  • TE is the exact duplicate of the arcade cabinet of sf4. with full sanwa parts. hori im not really sure of it, but i own both sticks sf4 TE and hori ex fight stick. i like both

  • uhave to compare when hrap3 sa comes out. obviously TE is the winner here with all sanwa parts.

  • i kinda have a problem with the TE joystick. It keeps on making sqeakiy noising everytime I move left or right. What should i do?

  • I have both and I like the Madcatz Arcade Stick way better. Michael From Raw Video Game Play

  • Can't compare a TE stick to HRAP. TE is simply better. HRAP is on the market for awhile but, MADCATZ decided to step up their game and make this great stick. Ebay is cheaper then amazon, 150.00 shipped 360/ps3. Remember looks and feel does not justify anything its how it plays. TE has it all and simply the best stick I played so far in my opinion. The only down side to the TE stick is that it does not work with PS2 games. That SUCKs.

  • All pro players will tell you that the TE stick is better than the Hori EX/HRAP3 Even with all SANWA parts. I have the TE stick and an HRAP3 modded with all SANWA and the TE stick is just way better in terms of feel, comfortability, and features. Take it from me guys, Im biased towards Hori and I hate Madcatz, but the TE stick is best current stick on the market.

  • INDEED ... I agree with you The SF4 Tournament Edition Stick is the best arcade stick out and dont get any better then this unless you own the whole Taito's Vewlix cabinet of SF4 Then Im fucking jealous as hell LOL =)

  • I am going to disagree with both of you here... The only redeeming factor about the TE is the lock feature for the guide button, and the rear-placement back and start. These are both issues that can be remedied on an HRAP. In terms of feel, durability, longevity, the HRAP has it, and yes I OWN both. This comment is in terms of experience.

  • Plus if you read all reviews comparing both weather It's from game reviews, Pro player reviews, company reviews, etc. They will tell you that TE is the better stick. I go to tournaments all stick I see are indeed TE stick. Back in the day they used to either be HRAP3 or Custom sticks when people played with a japanese stick. Now It's always TE stick or Custom.

  • The fact that the TE has all those features is already a plus to an already perfect stick. Theres nothing the HRAP3 has that the TE stick doesnt have better. But then again it is your opinion. I've been playin the HRAP for a long time but once I got the TE I never even touched my HRAP anymore.

  • Reviews, pros, etc. that haven't been bought and paid for by Capcom all say the same thing, it is up to preference. Everyone is entitled to their opinion, and I respect yours, though just the same I have not touched my TE since the first couple of plays. It is my guest stick. I can't deny any positive comments about the TE (other than its build quality... shoddy panels that bow when minimum force is applied) , but I think we can both speak volumes about Madcatz's history.

  • Hahah I will agree with you on Madcatz History, and it certainly shows with the SE stick. The TE stick has had little to no problems so far. I will agree with you that the Hori is solid stuff and in my History of Hori sticks none have ever caused me problems. I respect that your opinion is your opinion, as is mine. But none the less both are great sticks. Hands down the two best sticks currently on the market.

  • ill buy your hrap pm me dude

  • I didn't say I wanted to sell it

  • :( i thought id give it a try :P

  • lol, sorry bro

  • @JCrest87 its a matter of oppinion i prefer the hori real arcade pro SA it has sanwa parts and its not a madcatz :) and i prefer it overall even i japan the hori SA is the sticck to own

  • @330432 TE also has sanwa parts.. its also different from regular madcatz since it was supervised by capcom to make it as similar as the arcade cabinet as possible.

  • @rtc7788 true but even so some people have had problems with their madcatz te stick but to each his own im just saying that hori is the better arcade stick maker in my opinion

  • @330432 Im just saying TE isnt made by the same regular madcatz people who have made the bad sticks in the past. It pretty much isn't "madcatz". So to say you'll choose one over TE because TE is madcatz isn't really correct, since it isn't really madcatz.

  • oops... Batch lol =)

  • haha, thanks for all your help, I'll be sure to call tomorrow

  • ru a secretary?

  • why do i feel so weird watching this?

  • lmao IVFADE2BLACKVI thats ok we all feel weird watching this also =)

  • @IVFADE2BLACKVI I got a stiffy from watching him play with those sticks.

  • @IVFADE2BLACKVI What? Watching another man play with his joystick is weird to you?......Homophobe ;)

  • Same actual Sanwa stick but you can hear the Hori casing is flimsier and more hollow sounding than the TE. The buttons on the TE sound better too.

Plus the TE's looks and SF4 arcade cabinet theme...

    No contest IMO.

The TE pisses all over the Hori.

  • SF4 Tournament Stick is way better Then a Hori arcade stick its uses all sanwa parts and The Hori Real Arcade Pro dose not use Sanwa buttons they use Happ Parts which are not as good l

  • INDEED MOTORMOUTH2009 =)

  • Google translation is not a translation doe

Someone with real Japanese skills get on that. I can't read enough Kanji to get on it but it is obvious from the video that he is comparing sticks and buttons on the two (the sticks are the same on both anyways)

  • Yeah - you can see the TE stick is ALOT smoother, the buttons not as noisey (and they are very responsive). I have a 360 TE but am considering getting a HORI for my PS2 - the Sanwa parts appeal to me but I can see I may be a little diappointed..

I wish there was a way to use 360 controllers (i.e the TE) on the PS2! There are so many good fighting games on the PS2. Is the PS3 TE, PS2 compatible? I don't think they are as there are always backwards compatibil;ity issues with Sony.

  • Mad Catz "Street Fighter IV FightStick Tournament Edition" and HORI "Real Arcade Pro.EX" I compare. Sanwa stick is the same, I use the "stability" in their names.

TE density and stable sense of who? Can concentrate on the play on the majority.

  • RAP is so bad and not only during the cavity-free and stable? I was a little bit. I also know you'll hear a sound.

And the difference in price of several thousand yen TE Yasushi Sugi.

RAP may be effective for them to wait or仕込N than replace the rubber feet stick and buttons if you make alterations.

  • above is the side bar translation

  • Is the Madcatz SFIV Tournament Ed. That much more superior or do they respond evenly good?

  • Hori Real is just as good as the SFIV TED. The beauty about both are that they are easily modifiable. Dont believe the "SO and SO is superior" because really both are awesome sticks.

  • Hori is not as good as the Street Fighter Tournament stick no way nope !!! TE Stick has all (sanwa parts ) The hori only has a sanwa joystick with happ buttons and also the SF4 TE Stick takes it self to a new level why you ask, The Fight Stick TE is aesthetically inspired by Taito's Vewlix cabinet (the standard arcade housing for SF 4) which gives it the edge to beat out everything out there =)

  • It's only better because it comes with full Sanwa over the HRAP's Sanwa stick.

  • thats not the only reason the other reason The Fight Stick TE is aesthetically inspired by Taito's Vewlix cabinet (the standard arcade housing for SF 4) which is better then the casing on the hori it you were to knock on the hori pro 3 it sounds very hollow inside not the TE Stick is very solid no hollow ness to it .

  • Thank you, are the parts replaceable even though opening it will void the warranty?

  • you can replace the parts just don't open the bottom of the TE Stick there is a sticker that is covering a screw and if that sticker is removed no more warranty . But you can get to the parts by taking off the top cover and undoing the top screws. Other nice thing there is a site were you can get street fighter 4 templates to custom you stick with what ever art work you want on it.But the warranty is only good for 90 days . so after that no need to worry

  • Thank you, do you know when the next batch of TE sticks is coming to the US? I don't want to buy one for 300 dollars on Ebay or used on Amazon.

  • I don't have any idea on when the next banch of TE Stick will be coming out . All I can say is maybe give Mad Catz a call like tomorrow at this toll free #(800) 831-1442 . All I can say is I have 2 TE Sticks and both work awesome very responsive and they have some serious weight to them . And just to give you a idea on how big this thing is, if you were to hold the TE Stick lets say over your ps3 it would cover the whole thing its huge .

  • If I get one of the 195$ ones off Amazon, and it has issues/defects, who do I contact in order to have it repaired?

  • LOL

  • Madcatz got more room to rest your hand.

    looks more comfortable
