I remember it best of all. That was a moment in Rick Rock's (aka: Parthenon Huxley) life I was happy to share. Buddha Buddha was the beginning. Sunny Nights album was the twilight.
Holy crap! Is that Rob Ladd on drums?! Didn't the P-Boys play later in the day? I remember this concert but I had forgotten just how stacked the day was with great bands! Thanks!
Rick Rock aka Parthenon Huxley (P Hux) with Don Dixon...wow! I also remeber this tune from the Mondo Montage album. I saw Rick playing with Arrogance a few days ago...he can still rock!
RickRock! Holy Cow, I thought this classic went the way of Island Records. Whadda Flashback to the "Mondo Montage" days. Nice touch with Don on Bass and backups...anybody got a video of Don, "Shakin" Sherman Tate and the Texas Toads?
Ahh, good music from the days when men's shorts were actually short. *g*

Wonderful performance, although the title of the video needs to be changed to give P Hux his credit.
I miss those days terribly. I really believe I lived through a golden age of music in NC during the 80's/90's.

I could have been there. If someone would have given me a lift from Durham.

This song could've been a monster hit in the 90s. Way ahead of its time.
