New razor doesnt have chain lightning, Medusa doesnt have chain lightning... No hero in DotA has chain lightning anymore, it is abolished, only from Mjolnir and maelstorm can you have it. Zeus's first spell doesn't count as a chain lightning :)

Chain lightning does A LOT of damage on the first target and hits 5-6 more and loses power as the lightning goes on. Zeus' first spell deals low damage, hits 15 or more enemies and doesn't lose power as it goes on. It's not like the real chain lightning, in this vid it's the real chain lightning, zeus' chain is a weak version of it. And it's called ARC lightning

Do I have to define the word cooldown? It's called cooldown. It's a possibility that he is either panicing and couldn't think or it is in cooldown. The cooldown for this version is longer than the newer ones.
