He did have skin cancer - we know that from the autopsy... he's been treated for it before.. but he doesnt have to use skin bleach cream to get that - if he's got vitiligo universal, that'll do the same thing - it makes skin porcelain white and completely unprotected against the sun, so very prone to sunburn and cancer.
