@deniahmad9 They were forced out the cities at gun point. They became POW in their own country. 1.7 million died in 1975-1979 most of them were soldiers and city dwellers.
I 've just seen it on the french archive website. the written comment is " young soldiers, mostly girls, are practising on parachute jump, children welcome them in the rice fields"
They obviously have no idea of the value of what they own.
But now I understand why I was so exited seeing this: so many girls XD
thank you so much for the vid! finally get to see ohm sothea moving and not in picture. wow shes beautiful!!! plus a golden voice! shes absolutely the full package.
@sorphea footage from a wartime newsreel (Les Actualités cambodgiennes No 39). It shows her joining an exercise for paratroopers of the Republican armed forces in 1972
I love this song! Thanks for the video. Brave women back then. I did the parachute jump with US army for 4 year. I can relate the experience they had.
In my book Ros serei sothea voice is incomparable! Unlike some other new female singers she sung in her natural voice, no acting, no pretending, no twigging, purely her sweet natural voice! RIP and her name lives forever!
thanks so much for the vdo how u find it. i mizz my aunt so much.
