As a kid I used to get migraines and severe head aches, once I stopped drinking diet soda I barely get headaches. It's better to drink regular soda even though regular soda is horrible for you anyway. I don't drink soda at all anymore (maybe once in a blue moon I'll have a small one at the movies) but drinking it regularly is horrible for you. I won't put any artificial sweeteners in my body ever again.

Brilliant vid!! I never touch anything that isn't natural, cook everything from scratch, only drink mineral water or herb tea. I never get ill and have very slow aging. My friend who is addicted to diet foods and drinks is not only over weight but suddenly developed seizures out of nowhere. She suffers from tiredness and depression. Not saying they are all caused by aspartame but bit of a coincidence. People think I am funny for not eating chemically processed foods, I'm glad I don't.

Cometí el error de beber por varios días un refresco que está elaborado con aspartamo. El efecto fue un brote que más tarde identificaría como absceso muy doloroso en distintas partes del cuerpo. Siempre había bebido este refresco que en un principio no llevaba azúcar. Hace unos años los endulzaron con aspartamo, justamente cuando sufrí el primer brote. En mi opinión la compañia que fabrica el refresco agrega demasiado aspartamo ya que con una cucharadita 5gr un litro queda muy endulzado.

I always drank diet soda as a kid, I stopped but I've probably done some harm to myself. As a kid I used to get migraines and severe head aches, once I stopped drinking diet soda I barely get headaches. It's better to drink regular soda even though regular soda is horrible for you anyway. I don't drink soda at all anymore (maybe once in a blue moon I'll have a small one at the movies) but drinking it regularly is horrible for you. I won't put any artificial sweeteners in my body ever again.

Aspartame killed my brother, he had suffered from Epilepsy since 1978, then my dad was diagnosed with Diabetes as my Brother could not live alone due to his condition he lived with dad, when dad was told to not use sugar any more he began using COLDSWEET an Aspartame product, because my Brother lived with Dad he also started using it, they both died within 2 years of each other, 2005 and 2007 dad last :( I was sick too, same stuff but I figured it out.

I performed my own little experiment with aspartame about 9 years ago,I was getting headaches and my vision was effected,.well I heard around that time that diet foods,actually contain toxins,makes sense,well I was drinking Diet coke,not many ,maybe 1 or 2 a day,well I drank 2 a day for 7 days,.my headaches where worse and my vision was being effected,I then stopped for seven days,well in that time my headaches stopped N my vision returned to normal,I havent consumed aspartame since,never again
