Like much of America, my family has suffered from obesity, due to a poor diet, inactivity, etc. We lost everyone in my dad's generation on his side, from 97 to 08. Its what has motivated me to shed 20lbs, & work towards losing more. I usually bike the 4 miles to work & back, & lift free weights a few nights a week. I plan on adding jogging, & more weight lifting, to get back to where I was when I go out of boot camp 28 yrs ago. I'm 5'6" 165lbs, & think 135 is good dep on how much muscle I gain.
The key really isn't to diet, it is to make a lifestyle change, to eat as natural & unrefined food as possible. I am not promoting veganism, but I am saying processed foods are unhealthy, as their salt, sugar, & fat contents are usually vary high, the oil is usually hydrogenated which promotes cardiovascular disorders, heart attacks, strokes, etc, not to mention the artificial coloring which has been shown to effect students with ADD/ADDHD. Watch Super Size Me & Food Inc, to learn a think or 2.
To those who want to lose weight, there are only two ways; increase energy output via exercise, or decrease calorie intake through lowering calorie intake. The best thing to do is both, since dieting alone causes our bodies to go into survival mode, where we will lose both fat & muscle mass. Unfortunately, after dieting, our bodies are then triggered to store any extra calories as fat, in case there is another famine. Exercise with calorie restriction cause mostly fat loss.
To those who think your triceps are too big, they need to learn a bit about anatomy. The bicep makes up 2/3rds of the the mass of the arm, which is why you should focus more on triceps, if you want big arms. Secondly, they need to learn about posing. In certain positions, certain muscles are flexed, so they stand out, while others are relaxed. Obviously, in these poses, you were focusing on flexing your triceps, so of course they are going to stand out. The best judge is other body builders.

@rilind1r Protein and creatine are not performance enhancers and do not act as an anabolic stimulant. Protein supplements merely allow for a bodybuilder to fullfill his daily protein intake easier. Chicken has protein, but I don't want to make 6-7 chicken breasts a day so instead I take protein shakes to supplement by regular food intake. Creatine just helps keep and store water in muscles while helping with protein synthesis.
@rilind1r Don't say anything unless you have trained efficiently consistently for over five years with proper nutrition. By proper nutrition I mean a daily intake of 1-1.5 grams of protein per body weight and the necessary carbs and calories for bulking and cutting cycles.

@rilind1r Protein and creatine are not performance enhancers and do not act as an anabolic stimulant. Protein supplements merely allow for a bodybuilder to fullfill his daily protein intake easier. Chicken has protein, but I don't want to make 6-7 chicken breasts a day so instead I take protein shakes to supplement by regular food intake. Creatine just helps keep and store water in muscles while helping with protein synthesis.

@rilind1r Don't say anything unless you have trained efficiently consistently for over five years with proper nutrition. By proper nutrition I mean a daily intake of 1-1.5 grams of protein per body weight and the necessary carbs and calories for bulking and cutting cycles.

we've a very similar body structure,i mean we both have a toowaydeveloped tricept compared to the other muscles but i like it that way xD,very good improvement on 1:44 btw try avoiding that bieber look,please xD.
