No, it's spelled Чащина. The letters Ч and щ don't have an equivalent in our Latin alphabet. But Ch for the Ч and sch for the щ is the "most" correct. Hence, Irina Chaschina.

You can pronounce her last name Tchachina or Chaschina. I like Chaschina because I think it's prettier, but Chaschina is they way it was intended to be said when you translated her last name to english.
