Great "payback" by Conan after everything he's been through with the Tonight Show business. Don't really get how it's an insult to James Brown though, I'm sure they picked the song because of the fitting lyrics and Conan is just doing what he usually does. Showing off his moves and his style of funny. This is more of a place for Conan-fans than James Brown-fans it seems. And may I just add: Lighten up, people!
