Once I protected a friend who was being hit, i ran in the middle and told my friend to stop, he punched me and threw me on the ground and thanks to that my friend didn't get hurt. Went through this myself. Nothing changed until I started to fight back. Doesn't mean you have to win, just show them you aren't a victim. Went through this myself. Nothing changed until I started to fight back. Doesn't mean you have to win, just show them you aren't a victim. Unfortunately, suing the bully will only make you more of a target. It's a sad testament to human nature, but if people think they can abuse you, they will. Better to take a stand; even if you get beat down, others will have more respect for you, and if you allow it to continue, no one will respect you. Good luck with your struggle.

This causes a type of internalized depression where u shut the whole world out. It grows, it brews. The steam either slowly gets released or it keeps brewing, brewing.
