Actually, it's not Illuminati, it looks like he's mocking it to be quite honest. The "All Seeing Eye" is located at the top of the pyramid as an object of power. But he's placing the eye in the middle, over a smaller pyramid and then the moon and sun are each on top of their respective pyramids, I actually think he's saying they are the objects that keep the planet running, not us.
