It is not true that hair will come to the surface. I have to use needle and sometimes I pull out 1-2 centimeters long hair. I fight hair ingrows every day on all parts of my body.
Haha it can be bumps, that is easy to notice. It can be just dark spot or you just notice it by accidentally. Sometimes you can see hair throught skin. I pulled hair 1-2 cm long.
