Seems to me like Kat isn't in sync with Senior's "let's do this gimmick" mentality. This is the "tell me what tattoo to get show". He doesn't give a rats ass about the whole tattoo, just wants to create some drama - like usual. I think Kat sees a tattoo as something personal, something people are invested in and connected to.
