Hi Pleksyo,
Yes, I absolutely loved this place. That is my 3rd trip to Kochang and Ive spent 2 weeks just doing nothing there. Its filmed in August 2008.
Its actually quite empty when Im there. So i guess the people you know all left?
I probably be going back again sometime next year. :)
