Lucinda Williams "I'm happy I found you" - unfinished Hank Williams' song

This made me shiver. It is a truly remarkable rendition of a song that has so few words, I imagine it would be hard to see how it could work if all you were looking at was the lyrics. My education has been neglected I'm afraid because I've never heard of Lucinda til now. But to be able to do this with such a very simple (and undeniably from the heart) unfinished song is simply remarkable. I admire this woman's musicianship.

Thanks Bob Dylan for beginning this enormous task of picking singer/songwriters to finish & sing Hank's notebook. The ones I have heard so far are AWESOME especially Lucinda's. I am certain they will all be hits!!

Excellent match for sure. She hit the mark with that one. Nice and slow and sweet to dance to with someone you love. couldn't ask for a better tribute to Hank Sr. Can't wait for the album to come out.
