  • Have you ever tried to lose weight? Or tried to stop smokeing? If not you obviously don't understand how hard it is to kick a habit like that. Willpower doesn't exist. If you see chocolate cake, want chocolate cake, and can eat it without ANYTHING to distract you and/or limit you from getting it, I'd say you would crack in about 2 and a half minutes. Mostly because you will start convinceing yourself that you will eat healthy later or eat it "just today"Just telling truth, sry 4 being so srs.

Of course when you go to the gym your muscles are going to get bigger, and you're not going to notice the fat go away, but instead of fat it will be replaced with more muscle, it's not about losing the body fat, you should get a measurer, and measure the parts of your body you're working out, and see if they shrunk. Muscle ways like 2x more than body fat, of course you gained more weight.

  • Its hard to lose weight, it doesnt take a day to rid the belly fat it takes months. You need to drink 8 glasses of water a day so you can feel full except feeling hungry all the time, you can eat whatever foods you want but eat half the fatty foods. Eating junk is not going to make you lose weight especially soda and monster drinks that contains too much sugar best to drink water. Do cardio or go to the gym about 4 or 5 days in a week for best results. Its hard ass hell, but you can do it.

  • ok this is what i want you to understand. You said said exercise wont make you thin bcse you crave for food after. If you have that craving for food after your exercise it doesnt go to McD's and get a hamburger or go eat candy. You can have a fruit or vegetables and since your metabolism will work faster for the day it will quicker than if you just sat on your couch all day long.

  • excercise, along with a good diet, is the key to lose weight. although some people might think its okay to swallow down a fat buttercake after they take a 10 minute walk, excercise can also affect you the other way. by doing something as positive as excercise, it can keep you on the right track. "ive been good today, so i dont wanna ruin it by eating a kilo of potato chips"
