the pitch change is an effect on the 909, "pitch changer" or some shit. you can control it with the fader as well IIRC, which is why he flips the faders down when applying the effect.

I saw DJ Craze in South Miami (Kendall), FL competing at a DJ competition in the Guitar Center before he won DMC 3 times. He tored down the house!!! I believe he is one of the best DJ ever. Even DJ Laz who was at the Guitar Center was blown away. We were supposed to get together and mix together but when I called this guy at home, his moms said he has no friends. He would not come to the phone. I guess his best friend is his turntable and that is why he is the best.

I mean his routing when I saw himd the last time a couple of years ago was perfect.
