You should really research a little more, but I'd wouldn't expect more from a Jets fan. This was originally a Dolphins song, the man wrote it for the fins. The Dolphins used it, did not give the man royalties, so he took it to the Oilers, who took the song and STILL the man didn't get money. Finally, he gave up and the Fins got their song back. Seeing as how the Oilers did NOT pay for a song that was NOT originally theirs, I think they can't sue. The man told his story on the radio.

Well coming from a hardcore dolphins fan, for the last 36 years our tradition has been to not win superbowls. And really, the other fight song was pretty horrible too.
