Cholesterol is Highly Protective!! the liver makes it For A Good Reason!! I want my cholesterol as high as needed to protect me from heavy metals,pollution, not enough sunshine, inflammation,pesticide and herbicide in foods,etc.. what i dont want is high ammount of Very Small LdL and high ammount of c reactive protein and insuline resistence.. thats about heart disease..
i had a look to the other videos of this "Lady".. WoW.. she preaches the usual politically correct diet and nutrition advices.. yes those goverment agencies paid loads of money by the food industry tell us.. noOne should take her serious.. If she did her homework she'd be advicing people not to avoid cholesterol or to lower it As Cholesterol is our Best Friend!! its inside us to kill Us!!

If the beef/lamb would get grass fed like 60/70 years ago and Not grains,corn,soya like today Yes the steak fat content would be More saturated then Unsaturated..however most steak u buy in supermakets today come from non grass fed animals and there is more unsaturated fats then saturated!! READ the lables my dear Lady!! u mention goverment diet advices.. Well who is behind those organisations??
Also.. Saturated fats are The Only Fats we really should Eat and NOT avoid!! please learn from dr.Ray Peat about the danger of polyunsaturated fats!! Humans need stable fats as we r warm blooded so Saturated fats are the Best Fats for us!! even the World Health Organisation has admitted no link beetween heart disease and saturated fats!!
