How should somebody's capitals have rights to other people natural resources and productivity efforts? People are not slaves. Paying money is outdate capitalist psychology. Wages and employments are economic rights and mechanism warrants freedom of choice. Investment bankers drain our resource development capital overseas to subdue our local productivities, lower our local resource value, and then coming back to buy up all our idle natural resources with cheap price.
Can anyone really explain how a person has the right to another's capital? Under what condition would a person be entitled to another's capital? Does need qualify the person? Need canNOT mean entitlement. Follow that train of thought through. If need means entitlement, and we all need food, shelter, and healthcare, then all resources should be evenly distributed amongst the people. There's another word for this but I dare not say it for no one seems to consider it could actually be happening.
Kucinich is one the few honest men in congress. Too bad he is DEAD WRONG when he says healthcare is a right. Claiming healthcare is a right shows how uneducated and immoral our society is.
Yes, clearly our current system is extremely fair and profitable and beyond question by honest men like Kucinich. Clearly we've already got the answers. We have nothing to worry about if we get cancer or lose our jobs because we'll be treated fairly in the good old U.S. I'm very glad for all those AT WILL EMPLOYEEs being led to FOR PROFIT EXPLOITATION, FINANCIAL RUIN, DEATH since we all know the last one is coming after whatever... But not for you because you're educated, moral? LOL!
I said he was wrong when he said healthcare is a right. Saying healthcare is a right is to say that you have claim over another person's labor. No one has a just claim over another's life, labor, or justly acquired property. It is immoral to say otherwise. I NEVER said he was wrong about his ideas on reform; they need to get rid of the employer based insurance system so that the things you noted above will no longer be a problem. The special interest would never let that happen tho.
you're an idiot. Healthcare is a right. denial of healthcare simply because one can't afford it is a violation of human rights. There is a reason why the US is starting to not be used as the standard of how to run a country. My god we have problems that shouldn't be here. BTW the current system puts soo many individuals and businesses into bankruptcy. You can America freedom land yet things that make you free are openly denied. Hell your thought process is soo twisted.
Healthcare is a service provided by other individuals, to say you have the right to the labor of another person makes you both the idiot and immoral. The current system has to be scrapped. The honest solution to the problem is to either go single payer (Kucinich's idea) or scrap the employer based insurance system (thru the tax code) and medicare & allow market pricing to enter. I would prefer to see single payer at this point. The continuation of corporatism by Obama will add to the problem.
Morality, the lost dimension of corporate phsychological profile. Without compassion the imposition of policies that pay premiums & dividends to the few whilst the humans that they comprises are blinded to the plight of thier fellow human beings.
We no longer need these fictions of the dead, pieces of paper that are without real value. We once has freindly societies, communities for caring, these will return. Good luck America & all those who recognise the demons that reign.
What we must recognize as truly frightening is that while Kucinich is so SPOT ON THIS ISSUE WITH HR 676, our media is NOT FAIRLY COVERING THE ISSUE. We pay 50% more for health care here in the U.S. vs. any other civilized country yet our PUBLIC AIRWAVES ARE CONTROLLED BY THE FAT CATS WHO WON'T GIVE US FAIR SAY. A PRIVATE CORPORATION CENSORS OUR DEBATES FOR PUBLIC OFFICE! THIS IS FRUIT OF A POISON TREE!
But Larry, I saw a hard hitting show about John and Kate last night on CNN! And they've got a contest where we can vote on American heroes! Now I don't think I saw Dennis Kucinich listed but he's the only one I'd be voting for. I guess he just scares the hell out of guys like Anderson Cooper...
American Heroes on CNN? You can be sure they'll do anything to divert attention away from AMERICAN CRIMINALS IN MEDIA and AMERICAN GRAFT AND GREED AND GUTLESSNESS!
Oh you won't see those criminals covering a real American like Kucinich but then again if we keep calling them out, THEY MAY JUST HAVE TO EVENTUALLY!
I just love Kucinich! Hes always right on the mark. Yes, we all brothers and sisters Yes we are our brothers keeper. I voted for Kucinich for President and I'll vote for him again if he runs. Thank you so much
Thank you for making this an important issue if not one of the most important issues of this country. We are going to end up a third world country if we don't do this.
Dennis Kucinich becomes more and more endearing to me every time I hear him speak. There is a man with true integrity and we would be well served if he would've, could've, should've been president. That is one giant of a man, but I still have confidence and hopes that President Obama will be able to accomplish what we need, and love it that we have a president with much to look up to. GET INVOLVED, GO TO RALLIES, SUPPORT THE PRESIDENT!
I have several petitions where you can demand single payer health care from COMPANIES that give money to conservatives in both parties. Sign them and get as many people as you can to sign them. Go to the following web site which I have encoded backwards. Take each letter from right to left and then create the address.
By taking the billions that already go directly to the insurance companies, and investing that money directly into a system that primarily focuses on patient care.
via taxes. we can pay for it seeing that the US gov't debt is still considerably lower than the actual wealth in this country. You complain about how are we going to pay for it. Its a non-issue.
Each persons' share of the national debt is already $40,000. If you lump in existing unfunded entitlements then it balloons to over $200000. That is for every man, woman, and child in the U.S., working or not.
SORRY RONBOTS, BUT, KUCINICH/SANDERS 2012 SOUNDS BETTER!
