  • This is great... I was looking for something to do this exact thing after a shoulder injury.

  • Does it matter that when you do that your shoulder goes up in order for you to stretch farther?

  • If you'd like to isolate the movement, there are a couple of ways to accomplish it -

    1. Lean against a wall to stabilize the scapula.

    2. Lie down on a table to stabilize the scapula.

    You can still perform all the movements while limiting scapula roll.

    The stretch is amazing!
