Add the desparation that is rampant in Mexico and it just exacerbates the problem. The only solution I can think of is streamlining the legal immigration process to make it quicker/cheaper/easier and toughen up illegal immigration enforcement.

@NoobSoldier2006 Unfortunately, it's not that simple. As long as there is a simpler, sometimes cheaper and definately quicker way to enter the US than illegal immigration will never cease. Add the desparation that is rampant in Mexico and it just exacerbates the problem. The only solution I can think of is streamlining the legal immigration process to make it quicker/cheaper/easier and toughen up illegal immigration enforcement.
