How can you possibly teach 3 year olds how to do some of this stuff?

@99bringit The youngest on my team is 5 and it is a struggle. Just keep them busy on the basics. Some running at the beginning of practice helps settle them down a bit too.

These kids are a lot older than tee ball aged kids.
