@illspeed...That was way too much torque! I agree! All responsible manufacturers should have specific torque settings. My Yamaha Zuma 50 has them in the shop manual.
you know you should press the belt into the rear pulley to make it slack before tightening the variator
you could get a false torque or put too much pressure on the belt causing damage later when the variator vibrates off or worse strip the splines because it works itself loose
You should have pushed the belt into the clutch pully to make it go slack before you tightend it up at the the variator as it can sit in the pully to deep and as you tighten the nut you can crush the belt...
I could b wrong, but didn't he place the fan backward; I seen a Spanish video were the fan was properly???? Can any1 tell me if this fan was place in the proper way.
@lankysamboy94 Its not the end of the world. Considder that thisguy in the video just cut a hole in the side of his cover to show off that nice new clutch of his.
thanks

Nice! But the belt looks a little long or streched I know from experience you can loose some top end speed useing a longer or steched belt.

@Taxminia0311 You are wrong, the fan is installed correctly. It is almost impossible to install it back to front
