i know a way of doing it you get an old cigarette take the butt and pull the wool out then put it over another cigarette and hold the end when you push against your eye it falls through the butt and you let the butt paper fall i did it and it works but i dont know if you did it the same way

in this video you simply used the finger to cover the cigarette and then let it drop down on the floor, ofc the camera didnt film that dropping. so u played a camera trick there.

it is not going through his eye you can take the paper off of a cigerette but and use it to slide up to give the ILLUSION that its going through the eye and the end the cigerette is most likely going in his mouth
