Alright, so that was too snide to be considered a reasonable answer. I apologize for my rudeness, but my point still stands: a number of the unconstitutional services which have emerged serve the greater good, regardless of their technical illegality.
It is our Constitution which needs reformation to suit the needs of modern America. To attempt to backdate us to the era of the Constitutional Convention would be to attempt to ruin us.
Let's project the results of your revolution, if successful.
Food and drug safety, environmental policies keeping toxic waste out of your drinking water, protective measures against predatory financial institutions and protection of your assets in the bank, anti-discrimination laws, public provisions for the poor and the disabled...all gone because they're not explicitly provided for by the federal Constitution.
Someone get these guys a Nobel Prize. They just solved the overpopulation issue.
Another thing, you make no mention of the Constitution placing just as effective constraints on the people and the States as it does the Federal government. Why did you propagandists leave that part of the Constitution out?
Also, unbeknownst to you RuleOfLawRevolution because you have never read the Constitution or laid eyes on it... Article 6 specifically states what oaths can and cannot be used in taking an oath of office or service to this nation.
So, are you now saying that your Revolution is determined to destroy the Constitution you pretend to protect? In order to get this idiotic idea made legal, you are going to have to destroy the Constitution because the Constitution says your idea is illegal.
Some errors in this video. First, you claim that it is a non-partisan video and then it promptly does nothing but espouse partisanship. You play a theme based on something the worst President of all-time said in a partisan speech. Yet you don't put that picture of Ronald Reagan in that group of lesser of two evils. You also mention Ron Paul in the video tags, yet there is no picture of Ron Paul in the lesser of two evils. What's up with the blatant bias going on with the video? I'm not done yet
Excellent! Excellent! Excellent! This is what we need to be seeing worldwide! The people have had enough of the Delluminati agenda, (I say Delluminati because they are not Illuminated as they call themselves)
People want Natural law and Common Law, no other laws or Statues.
I would agree that the federal government has grown far beyond what our founding fathers anticipated and that the American people need to hold elected officials accountable.
However, I would dispute the claim that we are "less free" than early Americans. It is entirely inaccurate to say that early American had more expansive liberties than we do today. We were a slave nation for the first one-hundred years! During this same period women could not vote, own property, etc.
You are right when you point out the early (presumed) inequality of women and slaves, and perhaps I should review the script to see whether it needs to be reworded to allow for that.
I continue to hold, however, that the basic freedoms recognized today are fewer in number than in the beginning.
The media talks about the rule of law, but the public is clueless to what they are referencing. So the cycle begins, the rule of law is broken, maybe maybe/not it is reported on, the masses continue to believe that those in power are obeying the law, and the result is evident.

Elect Democrats and get Progressive Judges appointed FOR LIFE.
Progressive Judges Interpret the law - they do not enforce the law. Thereby they make more law.
This is what Libertarians do when they allow for fewer votes to the Republicans and throw their 1.5% voting power to their own party.
