My old black one stopped working also, so I sent it in, and in 5 days they sent me a newer model no questions asked! They have a very reliable warranty! I love their service, so just call, they will email you a free shipping label :)
it's been 3 weeks and i'm waiting for my box they are suppose to send me but never came.
