Most vikings where pagans yes but some did convert to christianity by free will. This can be proven by burial sites. But this band is Dutch so it is more about Saxons or Frisians I assume and yes some Saxons did convert and thier descendents ended up becoming some of the bravest warriors in the Crusades.
