Lol oscars are for movies, but much like The Tudors, i hope The Beautiful People and Merlin gets some cross over success in the US, they are all REALLY great shows. Emmy and Golden Globes for both shows!!

I saw the final episode of Series 2. Does anyone empathise with Simon like I do? Coming out to his mum and falling for the boy at school really tugged my heartstrings. Very touching and it made the show more than a camp-fest.

It was the last episode of the season, if I'm correct, and it was great as the whole season had been. The best thing thing that LOGO has brought us, probably that only good thing LOGO has brought. The end of this episode was very touching and sweet. Hopeing for a second season.

It reminds me of my childhood near Coalville. I loved Beautiful People and am really missing it now. I'll have to buy the DVD. I particularly liked Debbie and Kylie. Layton's dancing is amazing. I first saw him in Billy Elliott. One of my girl friends from dance was in tears at the end and couldn't stop talking about how good he was all the way home.

Well I have to say that Layton is brilliant in this show and phenomenal in Billy. As for the earlier comments, I don't believe them. All of the cast members I have met have never had anything but very good things to say about Layton. Having spoken to him myself, I can say that he is a really down to earth friendly young man. Certainly, he is always willing to make time for his fans.

Those two kids have genuine talent. They're going to be stars. They can dance and act and they have great timing. You can't buy that. They will get even better. And oddly they know how to "Sell it" the way American stars do it. I saw it in Kylie in the 80s and Shia Le Beouf when he was a kid on TV and quite a few others. I see it in these two too.
