Hm. In the U.S., the king crab and the horseshoe crab are not the same thing at all! The king crab comes from the bering sea and far northern pacific ocean. They look like your normal, average crab, but in super giant size. The horseshoe crab is not at all edible. The king crab is amazingly delicious with drawn butter, if you can find a pot big enough to cook one in. A single king crab will give a family of 4 more meat than they can eat at one dinner. But the leftovers are great in salad.
