THANK YOU SO MUCH! this is such a perfect explanation of an easy physically effective hands on way to breathe correctly. I've been trying to learn Yogic and Pranayama type breathing excersizes but I think your explanation of how to feel yourself breathing from diaphragm correctly is by far the best I've seen/heard. Once I did what you said I instantly felt how out of breath I was and unnaturally I have been breathing. The dog analogy is very clear as well. Thanks a million!
