No, at the moment they are not dating, but in the upcoming season 8, we will begin to see their relationship deepen even moreso (though not quite dating..yet); The flight scene was from the 13th episode of the 6th season, titled "Crimson".

Amazing, man! The genius of this show is that they're not a couple that really feel any kind of sexual tension YET, but WE know they'll end up together because of the history of Superman, and that creates a great dramatic irony.

Lana/Clark is boring. They're just so cutsy it makes me sick. Lois challenges Clark, and keeps him on his feet. They're truly made for each other, and it would be great to see them finally hook up when he's Superman. But they probably won't got that far.
