LOL! He's someone mum took in (he can be nice, its just rare), his mum gave up on him and his school didnt want to know (didnt help that he didnt like school). He suffers from Know-it-all-itus a lot :) Hope that kinda answers your question :)

Another idea, as I mentioned in an old video, is what newgrounds (www.newgrounds.com) does. People rate their own video (not unlike the movies) and the viewer can see if the video is appropriate for kids or not. There's also a checks and balance system to where if someone overrates or underrates their video, they get banned. There's also a checks and balance system for flaggers too. If someone flags too many videos that aren't worth flagging, then they get banned.
