  • try a real blender LOL

  • In 20 minutes or so you have to eat it straight away. I mean it has protein powder and does that not go 'uneatable' after like an hour or so ?

  • finally got around to trying this.it was delicious HIGHLY recommend! excellent idea Ric excellent!

  • Ric, Im from the UK. Could you please tell me what Jello is? I thought it was like jelly for us in the uk upon first glance of the box, but when you emptied the contents, it looks more powdery based. What is it?

  • @samhain81 Jello is a pudding found in markets.. Do a search on it and you'll find it.

  • @ricdrasin What d'ya know. It actually sells on ebay.co.uk :D. Nice one Ric, lol

  • I live in Austria and we don't have jello here. Is there anything else I could use instead?

  • @fleischwolferl Not that I know of

  • @fleischwolferl

Couldn't find it here either so i just mixed low calorie rasberry/cranberry jelly with blueberry muffin flavoured protein lol was nice! Any low calorie instant pudding should work i'm still searching for some.

  • @Vas1984 Thank you!

  • So funny you posted this. I was just reaing how Arnold would make a Protein shake consisting of 2 glasses of milk, one egg, half a cup of ice cream, and protein powder. Ever hear anything of this,RD?

  • Rick, Is that to much protein to consume in one serving would you think?

  • @6a7x6 I don't eat it all at once. This will last me as snacks. You can also spiit it up in separate little bowls

  • @ricdrasin Thanks Rick:)!

  • dumb question but, is jello just jelly or what. im english so i dont know what its called over here?

  • @curlykid1 yeah just jelly powder, might be hard to find plain stuff though places like asda just sell horribly flavoured powder like strawberry, rasp and orange. Guess that'd be fine if it matches your protein powder, i might try with angel delight too.

  • GOOD ONE!!! I'm going to try it today.

  • looks tasty

  • sprinkle on some caffeine free instant coffee bits and you've got something crunchy in there too

  • so can you use just any whey protein powder Ric? and could you use any flavor you wanted as well?

  • @SpinDoctor91 are you stupid or something?

  • @SpinDoctor91

Yeah man use any flavor you want. Usually normal flavors like chocolate and vanilla go best when making protein pancakes or puddings etc.

Any protein powder will work also but some mix better than others so the consistency may vary.

  • @SpinDoctor91 of course, be creative

  • @ricdrasin

ok thanks alot for responding Ric. :)

  • CNP pro peptide is an Awesome product. It's not cheap but definitely worth it!

  • Hey Ric Could i try Water?

  • @ShaolinDove no, won't gel. Only with milk. Says on the label

  • wow so clever, i'm definitely going to try this.

  • whoa 100 grams awesome! i will make this and put it in a Video Response
