  • thanks alot i experience same thing as you,i bought mine on ebay ,sent from india .It's same as yours,it took time b4 i could get it,and when it finaly arrived it was useless it doesn't come wit all the necessary gadgets for usage,i have to abandon it ,i tried to message the seller  but no replied , cos i don't know what and where to buy the additional tools,i bought it over 4 years back,but as i saw your tutorial it gears me up ,i will do what you did.     I purchased my 10 foot cable from amazon Suprisingly it was only a couple bucks and it works just fine. The LCD mounting bracket and the 360 Panning Bearing mount were both purchased from bargain-camera
