3D Video (No Glasses Needed!) - Washing Out

Is anyone else having a problem with this? i can do this cross-eyed, and omg, whoever came up with that, AMAZING!! XD. but... i can not get my eyes to focus on it while its crosseyed, is that common?

GUYS, TRY THIS IF IT DOESN'T WORK.

Take your thumb and place it close to the middle of your eyes so it takes up half of the bottom screen. Stare at your thumb and you should see three screens; the left, right, and middle. Look at the middle, that should be the clearest one and it should be in 3d

@lasombradelamac1 If you say so, but I can't imagine how the 'cover left eye' or 'cover right eye' ones could possibly work. The whole idea of 3D, whether on a screen or in real life, is that slightly different views of the same scene are projected into each eye, and your brain makes a 3D image out of the differences in the two images. If you're only looking at it with one eye, and thus getting one image, how on earth could you see a 3D image? :S

I didn't really notice much on this when I had the setting on Right Only and covered my left eye. The other 3D videos that had that viewing option, the 3D was there in the Right Only setting. I just had to cover my left eye. But, here, I didn't really notice anything or maybe noticed little, but it was so little, it was hard to tell if I saw 3D.

I won't do the Cross Eye setting because I can't cross my eyes.

@Starioshka it's an optical illusion, you see double of both images and one "duplicate" from each of the 2 images "fuse" and it looks like there are 3 images, the middle one being 3D. It's hard for some people to keep focus on this "third image", so not many people can get it X3

I used the side-by-side version. You don't need to cross your eyes. All you have to do is skrunch your eyes with your fingers. This has some drawbacks, however. My eyes hurt.

Good 3D effect but weird topic. Anyway, my ratings for the various viewing methods are, from worst to best, anaglyph (dims and blurs the image, washes out colors and requires glasses), cross-eyed (clear image but causes eyestrain), and parallel (clear image and no eyestrain). Fortunately Youtube allows switching between these methods.

@WayToSatan Do you see the little bar underneath the video? One of the icons says 3D. If you click it, you will be able to select whatever type of glasses you have, or you can select no glasses. What that will do is it will let you cross your eyes a little until these two white dots at the top line up. It will be 3D!

Dude when you record a 3D Red/cyan Video! you have to do it with two cameras!!! one camera is to imitate parallax (Depth) and the other one is to imitate colors & images , but when you do it wiht just 1 camera you got this result.... NOTHING! cause it looks HORRIBLE!
