Hello guys, I must say this: we may have different reasons to like or dislike Arnel singing, but the truth is that he was asked by Journey to audition for the band, and Schon and the rest of Journey knew immediately this guy was the one, they felt reborn with the voice or Arnel, and maybe they got back to those Journey glory day; he is not Steve, but believe me, they came to Mexico last April, and I´m a musician myself, and I could that Arnel has a nice and powerful voice, very impressive indeed

Actually he kinda left of his own accord. HE had some liver problem and he didnt want to go to sugery which made the tour Revalation get postponed. So the band said if Perry didnt get his surgery he would be kicked out so they did.

How I wish people here has good ethics, knows how to respect the performers. I do not know Steve Perry but I do respect him. I don't believe he is a quitter, it just so happened that he really got sick as per news i'ved seen on internet but He is part and would always be a part of Journey that brought them to "FAME". Arnel Pineda is such a great vocalist and it's his time to rise up, move on to what God has offerred for him. He deserve this luck given with his talent. More power to journey!!!
