4 steps to go in breathing practice(refer to satipahtanna sutta):
1. Keep the mind focus at nostrial and aware of every in and out, tie the mind as much as it could be
2. Know the short/long breath
3. Know the three points of the touches the start/middle/end
4. Sattling down the breath to not breathing at all (as the breath becom so soft and tender).
The above 4 steps is to gain the concetration. The purpose is to tame the wild mind. After this yogi may proceed to samahta or vipassan practice
