In Anvil, at a place where the city walls "connect", if you will, there's no door or anything, just right at the corner, there is a door to a place called Hawkhaven. Hawkhaven was a town the devs made to test things, and it's obvious after five seconds of exploration. One of the doors in the town leads to the testing hall, I'm too busy playing Morrowind (lol) to see the details of all that though.

Yes, consoles have the ability to go into the testing hall. You need at least a 1GB flashdrive (its what the XBOX 360 requires, I don't know about the PS3), than you go to modio or xport 360 and either download an already made game save in the testing halls to your USB drive or extract your save and do the required hex mods for it. Either way you can now enter the testing halls! Oh, BTW this has a chance to corrupt your save game and it is not my fault if that happens to you.

This is accsessible from 360 (sort of). U have to download a free software program onto ur pc. Then put a usb into uour xbox and move desires save file onto it, then take it to your pc and run it through the program and place it into the save files of pc oblivion. Load up the testing hall save there and the do the opposite of previous steps.
