Dude. If you're using d, p, or pt, there's an AR program called Pokemod. Use it to find weak charizards, and beat them up to gain sp. atk. The power thingy for sp. atk. also would help. Gyrados, although not officially dragon, is on Lance's roster, as is charizard. If an elite four/champion who specializes in dragons feels that those are dragons, toss them in. Raquaza, Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina also are good. I beat people who've been playing since they were little kids.

You familiar with EV training? If not, look into it, that Garchomp looks a bit lacking (mine had that attack at level 55)

dragonite: outrage,fire blast,thunder,earthquake

garchomp:dragon rush, earthquake,fire blast, stone edge

flygon: dragonbreath, earthquake, fire blast, solar beam

altaria: draco meteor, earthquake,fire blast,solarbeam

kingdra, hydro pump, dragon pulse, hyper beam,blizzard

salamence:earthquake,fire blast, fly, earthquake

(and they all hold widelens except in battle tower)
