I love the deceptinons color designs, looks, alternate modes, and details! they look so awesome that i actually like starscream and i usually hate him. Except for the engergon one when he's green and from the movie.
I have to admit, the animation is horrid and is really making things look bad for the series. But I read some backstory on some characters, so it might be somewhat interesting. I really don't know how to feel about the additional lyrics. I mean, were they necessary?

yeah Im gonna watch this. it might be good. First Impressions for new transformers are always bad. I didnt like G1 until the episode with Skyfire, I've rewatched older episodes of Armada and it sucks but after 12 episodes it got better. This IS Fuppin Excellent! 24 years since G1 and it comes full circle as a new version of the iconic show. Starscream definitly is perfect. I'm not sure how I feel about the Teen Titans look, but at least Titans was a pretty good show...hopefully, that bodes well for Transformers: Animated.

Rewatch those G1 cartoons if you like them so much. I rewatched a couple of episodes and immediately cringed. I'm beginning to understand what the older kids of the eighties thought about those cheesy cartoons way back then. Don't let your nostalgia bias fool you.

I would innore kenai1000. He seems to have trouble with other people's opinions. The important thing is to accept both your views and those of others. Not everyone hates G1, it's just the "superfans" that put people off G1 like me. But I don't hate it, it's just not my cup of tea.

yeah Im gonna watch this. it might be good. First Impressions for new transformers are always bad. I didnt like G1 until the episode with Skyfire, I've rewatched older episodes of Armada and it sucks but after 12 episodes it got better. Beast Wars: people hated it at first and everyone loved eventually. the movie sucked for five minutes cause of that get out or we'll kill you line but when Blackout transfomed I fell in love with the movie. this might wind up like them too.

True. I'm not saying it should be really stupid or have no maturity at all, after all, kids aren't as stupid as some people think they are, but I just don't think it's so crazy that Transformers is being marketed toward kids. :) I caught this and other stuff at SDCC, and it all looks slick, so I'm hoping it can be enjoyed by an older audience as well.

in the movie... in the fight at the bridgem when optimus get alone with another decepticon (maybe brawl, i cant remember) before the decepticon chased sam and mikaela on the road. optimus use the axe to K.O. the decepticon and crush his face in the end of the fight.

This IS Fuppin Excellent! 24 years since G1 and it comes full circle as a new version of the iconic show. Starscream definitly is perfect. FINALY theyve got someone who can do what Chris Lata did back in the day. THAT IS STARSCREAM! GOOD OLD STARSCREAM. This show is gonna really rock . And we will finally get a decent Arcee and three of the Dinobots comming back. 2008 cannot come fast enough

I might watch this, not because of the animation style, but to see how the stories and character designs work out. Other then that, I honestly don't think the Teen Titan's style of animation works for it. 3/5

at least they keeped megatron-sama close to his g1 color scheme. . .but the animation looks to much like teen titans like to accept. . .say bye bye to the unicron trilogy. I shall miss you well, with the online watching of beast wars and g1 collection i have at home, should keep me alive.
