I always imagined a video for this song being surreal. Almost like Metallica's video for "Until it Sleeps." The dark color scheme, the bizarre theme (from an old Renaissance painting.) Now that I think of it, the "Until it Sleeps" video fits the song "Rotten Apple" even better.

This song is very sad, but good. No AIC chains were of a happy nature. Its good therapy music when your mad or just in a overall shitty mood. And no i am not some emo guy either. I grew up in the early 90's. I grew up when GOOD music was on the air waves and coming out on CD. The 90's was an amazing decade for music.

I love this song (as I love all AIC's music)...I saw them back in the summer of 92 in NY when I was 15...Layne's voice is amazing ~ you really feel when you hear him sing...and, of course, the music is timeless...AIC will always be one of the greatest rock bands of all time...
